What happened.
Members met for a group walk around Ingleton Waterfalls Trail. It became the first real-world group meet-up in Lifted Spirits history.
The waterfalls, woodland and shared route gave everybody something natural to focus on while people got to know each other away from a screen.
This recap uses a curated set of public-use photographs but deliberately leaves out attendee names, the original date and any old meeting instructions.

Why this kind of plan matters for adult friendship.
This was the first proof that Lifted Spirits could become more than an online space. People who knew the community digitally were willing to spend real time together.
Activity-led meet-ups reduce the pressure to perform socially. Conversation can happen while walking, stopping for a view or reacting to the same experience.

A person attending a Lifted Spirits meet-up is not automatically a public testimonial. This page does not publish attendee names or private member conversation.
It also does not preserve an exact historic meeting point, route, date or time that could be mistaken for current instructions. Upcoming plans use a separate discovery-safe system and keep exact logistics inside the signed-in community.
